Drugstore heaven.

So I was at Target the other day looking for chap stick. I am always hearing people talk about how great Softlips lip balm is. So I decided to pick some of that up!
It is amazing.
I know you think this is lame to think this is such a monumental thing. But if you have dry lips like I do in the winter, this is monumental! So try it! It is wonderful.

Moving on.

If you are looking for a great makeup selling site that isn't ridiculously expensive, and you love makeup as much as I do, than I would check out www.cherryculture.com . The makeup it sells is good quality and it sells cheap, which I like because I'm cheap like that. Ha ha.

Also, I hope you enjoy the new Cbox! over there >>>>>>
Leave me a little feedback or something.

Your truly random musician,

Here are a few things to set off your school year on a higher note:
Check out this link! www.kawaiinot.com
I know I use it alot! (This wonderful doodle is from www.Thresca.com Check it out!)

AND a poem to start you off in this school year:

Your true potential

© By Domonique Hatton

Even though you were delt a dark hand
The strides you will make are unaniable
your motivation and determination make you- unqestionable
Your possibilities and your end are but to- grand
Your true potential

Seeing only the bad never seeing it all
Intimidated by everything you never had
Made to fill unequal or limited by statics-
stated
But a true reality saves us before we fall
Our true potential

Now that our judgement is unclouded
Up we rise like a rose in a cold city
Our greatness shines and we are never to be- pitied
Our purpose and future ensure that were- never grounded
Finally our true potential

So....
Have a wonderful beginning of the school year(and the rest of the year)!

Love,

In the meantime, Here is a poem pour tu:
What I could Never Tell My Mother:
By Margaret W., Reston, VA

What I could never tell my mother
Isn’t her fault; it’s mine
It’s things wrapped inside of me, coiled like wire with the filament exposed
She could accept them – those things – I’m sure
Maybe even love them the way she loves me; little puzzle pieces
That fell out of the box when we were putting it under the sofa
After we almost finished the puzzle together
But I hide them inside my deepest aorta
Keeping them safe because who wants to grab a still-beating heart?
It would kill me to take those secrets out
So my mother may know they exist
But she lets me keep them.
And maybe that’s the real secret, the one that
Shhhh
She doesn’t know –
It’s that I need some secrets of my own.

Now go out and enjoy your summer, and come back to check if there is anything new!

Newest post in forever.

Hey Everyone!
So...
I know it's been forever so how about a little quotey-quote:)
Here you are:

"Poetry is boned with ideas, nerved and blooded with emotions, all held together by the delicate, tough skin of words."

Poem for you and I

Poem of the day/week:)

Depression

© By Lauren Kwei

Into the field, I ride
On a pretty little white horse
Feeling like a princess
With a bit of remorse

Sorrow and pain
My greatest fear of all
Catch me for once
And don't let me fall

A fall off my horse
Results in a sadness
I am now in a world
Of total blackness

"May every day be dark and stormy
For this one girl!" Says Depression
"May all her emotions be
Acts of aggression!"

Depression, creeping towards me
Black ghostly figure, ruby red eyes
Looking down on me
With such hatred and despise

In the distance, a white stallion appears
With an ever so charming prince to my saving
While Depression
My soul he's craving

'Hurry, hurry!' I think to myself
"I'm coming!" the hero shouts
Coming closer and closer
The Prince is just in time, "Get out! Out!"

"Thou shall not be in pain.
Thou shall be in love.
Thou shall love thyself.
Thyself shall be proud of."

Opening credits

Hey everyone!
So, this is obviously my very first post.

Okay, Mostly the main point of this blog is to share arts (ex. poetry,Musical artists, etc.) with anyone who wants to see all thats out there. Also, I'll tell everyone about any news that seems extra exciting. The third thing I would do is just throw out little tips about the environment. I know, when poeple here that they would think, "Oh look. another crazy environmentalist!". But i'm definately not. I'm just doing my part and helping others do their part too. So for anyone who's interested in Arts, Environment and random fun facts or things in the news, Check out this blog.
